High Pressure Processing is a pasteurisation process completed in the products final packaging. Every bottle of Preshafruit juice or Fruit Coulis has been pressurised in our HPP machine. HPP is a relatively new technology, in fact our Preshafruit fruit coulis are the first HPP fruit products in the world to be used by the dairy industry.

In Europe and America the technology is most often used to maximise food safety, eliminate the use of preservatives such as nitrates and extend shelf life in products such as sliced meats and ready to eat foods such as chilled meals.
